I meant to come back sooner to update my review, but here we are. First, I would like to rave about the breakfast. It includes any coffee, tea, or juice. There was a delicious spread of breads, fruit, cheese, and meats and you can choose between a few options. The day we left, they provided a breakfast to go that was very appreciated and it was early in the morning. The room was spacious and lovely. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was large and the shower was awesome. I could also take a bath. I loved the terrace. Communication was great. We received great recommendations for places to eat near Park Guell. I have no drawbacks to offer. Stay there! You won't be disappointed.

We stayed at La Casa for four nights. Victor and his wife are very friendly and genuine hosts. La Casa is typically Spanish in an apartment building in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here on the first leg of our trip and absolutely loved it. Victor greeted us and was so friendly! He showed us the keys and gave us ideas and suggestions to explore. Our room was incredibly spacious and incredibly clean. We even had direct access to the terrace from our room. While there is not AC, which seems to be common for BCN, the fans and high ceilings kept it comfortably cool. There were many bus stops and metro options less than a 5 minute walk from here making it super accessible! It is far enough away from the tourist areas that it’s not incredibly loud but still has many shops, bars and cafes nearby. Our favorite part was that it makes you feel as though you are in your own apartment just living like a local. We met Daniela on our last day and she was so accommodating in letting us leave our luggage before we left for Lisbon on our last day. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to feel like you are living in Barcelona like a true local!

Perfect place to stay in wonderful, central Barcelona. The room, price, hospitality and warm atmosphere were all perfect. Victor was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great discovery, it was very cosy comfortable and very clean. Perfect location for a small trip to Barcelona. Really recommend this place ! We arrived later than planned, but victor arranged it and was very flexible for that matter. We appreciated a lot !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
