        Every day that passes, the psyche becomes more tired due to the polluted and dirty air inside the room from the moldy wallpaper. Thank God there is a balcony to ventilate the room. There is one employee at the reception. It is an honorable thing to know, do not lie to the tenant and rate yourself after asking for their phones. I hope that the performance of the place improves and is renovated.

        1)Very small and congested room(even though we booked a family room). 2)Tasteless breakfast(we skipped the breakfast everyday except the first day). 3)A/C was just on top of my head and it started dripping water while I was sleeping(I moved to the sofa bed). 4)Located on the 3rd floor,and no lift was tiring with the kids. 5)We have to request them to clean the rooms,otherwise they don’t clean till you check out from the hotel. 6) Poor wifi signals.

        The customer care and service of the hotel is very bad. There are no proper room amenities. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. The food is very pathetic especially for the people who like Pakistani and Indian food taste. It is fine if you just want to book a room. DO NOT book the breakfast/food with the room. Hotel is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so not accessible for physically challenged people. The location of the hotel is very good because it is in the city centre and at the most happening place and access to all necessities (Food, Public Transportation, Attractions, Shopping, etc.) is very easy. You can experience almost all the things just at a few minutes walking distance.

        Stayed there for 6 nights & had an amazing time. The management & staff are really Cooperative. The location of the hotel is amazing as its in the center of Baku where everything is accessible. Had complementary breakfast which was managed by Emma. Shes is amazing and the preparation of Food & Decor is amazing. Salim our Driver provided by Hotel is a wonderful person. He is really accommodating. Friendly advice for travellers download Google Translate as mostly people does not understand English. The app helps a lot. Free chocolates were given at time of checkout.

          Booking Policy
