Beautiful little hotel. Lovely interiors and beautiful breakfast. The breakfast lady was absolutely superb. Felt as though we were at her house. Service of the hotel was great too. There seems to be a plumming issue somewhere though which left a slight waft of sewage sometimes. Very helpful receptionists.

Amazing service. Sabina is an asset, she is so polite, so helpful, went above and beyond to meet all our needs. The room itself wasn't the cleanest, but she switched us to another the moment we complained. The other room was clean. She helped us a lot to navigate and gave excellent recommendations. There are even US standard outlets in the room, which we appreciated a lot! The furniture is ok, the beds are comfortable, the shower is good. However, the wardrobe is bulky, takes a lot of space and makes way too much noise when opening or closing. Breakfast was very good - eggs, omelette, boiled eggs, cheese, sausages of different types, butter, bread, lots of jams, yogurt, grapes, etc. Would recommend!

I hava no idea who gave this hotel 4 stars. On booking they gave us the wrong address and even tho we were texting about the accommodation they forgot to mention it. We were charged more than the Booking price they had given, and they didn’t give me receipt. During the night we were constantly waking up due to sounds coming from the bathroom installation. Also we were given 3 duvets for 5 people. Not to mention water damage in the bathroom and doors that were stuck all the time. Overall we had terrible expierience and I would recommend you find yourself a different accommodation

The location of this hotel is bang on! For my first visit to Baku, everything was 5 minutes away including Old city that was hardly a 12 minute walk. The only thing is that they lock the main door after midnight so if you want to go out and come back late please keep the receptionists number. Also make sure you carry enough toiletries as they don't provide toothpaste and toothbrush. Breakfast was very homely as well.

We spent a wonderful week in this hotel. We enjoyed it very much. The hotel communicated with us via WhatsApp, which is very good and convenient. The driver waited for us at the airport. Early check-in (5:00 am instead of the regular 2:00 pm) wouldn't be for free, but we could finally check-in at noon, without any extra charge. We could leave our luggages at the reception. The location of the hotel is very good, everything was close, the only negative is that it is a noisy area. With the balcony door closed the soundproofing was good. The room was big, perfectly clean. There was free mineral water, tea, coffee and a water heater in the room, which is very positive and we liked the fridge also very much! The balcony was big, but the traffic down on the street is extremely noisy. Breakfast was very good and generous, full of foods of good quality. We loved Gulnaz very much, she was like, who prepares the breakfast for her own children. She is really lovely. All the staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, all they were very friendly, we loved all of them. Congratulation for the staff and for the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
