The apartment is very comfortable and very clean, and it is not strange that they charge 45 euros after cleaning. What is not a problem for those 45eura you do not have the problem of garbage removal and the comparison of apartments just go out and that's it. App is in the very center Florence is a little bitter and horrible at the entrance to the building, but the apartment does not feel too stenchy. Relaxing staff and very nice. Paola, who welcomed us very much like a glass of wine too much for her, leaving you with the wrong key of the port, but when he got rid of everything he corrected it. you feel a bit of cigarette smoke and you may find yourself in a desert even though it's a non-smoking app. In the room you awaited a bottle of wine but do not open it only if you want your app filled with flies wine is a terrible smell but a nice gesture from the owner. the bed is a little nudity and tv neradi but if you are a guest like this it will not bother you anymore the climate that can not be regulated. everything in the app is ok. And I promise the staff that I'll be back when they have the least to come. Like antique carpets

Amazing structure! Convenient location, very clean, tastefully furnished apartment All perfect Mrs. Antonella was always available from our arrival to departure, truly a 5-star location highly recommended! If we decide to return to Florence we will certainly choose the House on the Roofs to stay!

Apartment in a nice location. Clean, spacious and done in a cool style. The apartment has everything you need for comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and even umbrellas. The woman who welcomed us is very nice and is in constant contact via WhatsApp or e-mail if we have any questions. She was happy to help and marked on the map the places she recommends and places worth seeing. I sincerely recommend it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
