No discounts as they advertise, bad attitude on personnel, located in a decent area, but if you don't like the environment where the hotel is, go to other hotels near the city where you can find the most places.

Booked a studio unit thru Agoda. Stayed at 505 for a quick rest and to work a bit. The common areas, the room, and the bathroom are all clean. AC works fine and is not too noisy. The study/work desk could be larger and WiFi is a bit weak. The security guard was helpful in parking and in confirming my booking. Will come back here when I'm in the area.

The building overall is nice. 5 stars for the security service. The room where we stayed in is great but the room service needs improvement. They provided free soap, shampoo, and bath towels plus the free use of the refrigerator yet they do not have mats once you enter the room nor on the front door of the washroom that's why you will use the toilet tissue paper to dry off your shoes when it's soaking wet especially when it's raining outside and when you have to go out wet from the washroom. ❤️Free hot water for your coffee/noodles, too! You just have to go down and ask the receptionist for it. How I wish they could provide a water heater inside the room next time without additional fees so that we could enjoy the stay more. The location of the condormitory is a bit off because the most accessible gate to get in and out of the area is being closed from 6PM to 6AM. So, you have to ask for the alternative route.

Very affordable place to stay overnight or as long as you want. Clean and simple. They sanitize every room after each use. The used room was left 24 hours empty before giving it to the next tenant. If you are looking for a simple place to stay, come visit this place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
