The caretakers of the place is very friendly and helpful. It is a great experience to live in a place where it feels like you are in a different era. The interior is great and furniture fits the theme of the place. It is also accessible to establishments, you can find near all the things that you need.

The home was well kept and the staff was accommodating. The charm of old Metro Manila lives in this house and in its homey corners. Because the house is old do not expect it to look like a super polished hotel. It is a well loved and lived in property, which means the space is storied. We all slept comfortably in our own rooms and having an en suite in every room was the best thing. We were able to heat up our traditional Christmas food and make it a homey celebration even if we were away from home. We haven’t all lived under one roof in a long time and being together for three days felt like a celebration of our childhood. Thank you to La Casita Mercedes for accommodating us.

In the heart of Poblacion, you can rent this house for a party of 10-12. 5 to 7 rooms can be rented a night. Though bars and clubs are just nearby, it is very quite once you are in the house. Also, dog lovers can spend time with their lovely Sammy!

We stayed for 3 days. Feb 20/23 The picture on line was so deceiving It's not that great of a house and place. It's located at the red light district, noisy all the times day and night. Located close to high school which classes start at as early as 7;00am or even earlier. There was a cockroaches in my room. No extra towels ready, you need to asked for one in order to get new towels and do as bedsheets. Oh the bathroom, it's so small and water come like small drops in the shower head and 5 mins if your lucky to have a hot water. There’s a muggy smell all around the house. Totally disappointed.

Location was excellent being near powerplant mall and next to alot of cafes and restaurants. The place itself had alot of character and personality and was excellent for big groups. Jenna and Jaena made us feel very comfortable there, they were very attentive and caring.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
