A B&B without breakfast, paid 70€... An air conditionning which did not work. Trying to explain it to the owner who is never here and who was trying to tell me that I did not know how to use it... with the only way to communicate was via email (no phone number given) This was not the best night of my holidays in Italy, for sure. When I think that 2 weeks ago I was in an hotel not far from this B&B that I paid 75€ with a breakfast, with someone to receive me and with an efficient air conditionning... Next time, I won't change. Concerning the others parts of the flat, everything was correct and saw new or refresh. At first sight, it seems to be a good place. Hope the air conditionning will be repaired for the next customers because it is very hot in this season. Beware for those who have a light sleep. The rooms give on the street and the isolation of the windows are not very good.

The B&B has recently changed management. I had the opportunity to be among the first guests after the reopening. The rooms are very nice, equipped with Hisense TV and air conditioning. Very kind manager and ready to fulfill every guest's request. Simple, all Italian breakfast. It wouldn't be a bad idea to also have a savory breakfast or perhaps a breakfast for intolerants and celiacs. Very convenient location, not far from the bus stop to/from Termini station.

The b&b is nice and you can manage yourself, for the kitchen and everything but the bed was terrible. Ikea mattress of the low one and the bed was not a double but a queen-size bed. We slept like two mummies, we couldn't move much.

Paid breakfast prepared the day before with discount products Not suitable for those allergic to dust. Apart from dust it is quite clean. I would slightly lower the prices or raise the quality of the products. However, it is very close to San Camillo and is well furnished. It would be enough to put just a little more passion into it.

There are no promised breakfasts. Cooking is prohibited in the kitchen. The beds are narrow - it’s cramped for two people! The beds are short - the legs hang down :-) And everything is so nice, everything is just like in the photos. 15 minutes from the center by tram.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
