My girlfriend and I loved the location. Staff was friendly and helpful across the board, from valet, baggage handling, door services to front desk. The decor and ambiance was stunning. We definitely would recommend the bar's cocktails. The drinks were so beautiful and original; tasted wonderful. We did have a stale mildew smell in our room but with us arriving so late in the night and leaving early in the morning this was the only issue we encountered. We will definitely return on our next trip back to experience what we missed, like the glamorous pool provided.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was not just clean but also beautifully appointed, with every amenity I could ask for. The dining experience was a highlight; the hotel’s restaurant served exquisite cuisine, and the staff there were attentive and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for better meals during my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its attention to detail and the comfort it offers. I slept like a dream on the plush bedding, and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Furthermore, the location is perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, my stay here was memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Since the first night here I was looking forward to sharing a great review. We had outstanding service here at Hotel Figueroa. Valet employees were extremely nice and helpful in giving out the best recommendations in the area. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and had a great view. Didn’t hear any road noise. Breakfast dining was our favorite!! Their food is so delicious. We ate several times during our stay here to avoid the traffic and wait at other nearby places. The convenience of having great food in a hotel was truly the best part a long with the location. We attended a Lakers game and were so impressed with how close we were walking distance from the hotel. The area is safe to walk around lots of food options nearby too. Beautiful shopping mall down the street in case you need a new outfit or forgot something from home. We will definitely come back and stay here! You will be highly satisfied and thankful you stayed here for your next visit.

10/10 recommend. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Everything was done above and beyond. The restaurants were good, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was awesome. Walkable or a cheap Uber ride around town. I saw comments about noise, we stayed on a Sunday night and didn’t find it too loud. You are in a city though so yes there will be some traffic noises but that’s in all city’s. We will definitely be staying here for future visits to LA!

As other travelers have stated, the resturant/bar and location are the best highlights for this hotel. Staff is hit or miss depending on who's on shift, as I had some staff that were good but on other days not so much. Professionalism certainly needs improvement. For the rates they charge, you can certainly get a nicer hotel within the same area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
