Location was perfect! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, train station, and taxi. The staff weee attentive and helpful. I especially loved the coffee bar with pastries every morning!

Great location. Very clean and updated. It is right by the train. The website had the wrong address so we walked a long way from the train station and had to make our way back. But once we found it, it was great. I would stay here again.

I stayed one night at this guest. Everything was perfect. Clean, very modern ( i thought the interior is much better than ordinary 5 stats hotels.) Location is convenient and the price is very reasonable. There is also free coffee and mini bar is FREE. A parking lot is near to the place. If i visit Sorrento again, i will definitely stay this guest house. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Absolutely perfect! Stayed here for three nights for our honeymoon and we loved every second of it. Perfectly located next to the train, busses and city center. So many thoughtful extras (snacks and drinks in the lobby and soft drinks and water in the mini fridge-all for free). Lovely reception, we felt so welcomed and loved how Pasquale showed us around and gave us information, you can tell he loves meeting new people and welcoming them to the hotel. Would recommend this spot to everyone!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
