I usually strive to give positive reviews, but unfortunately, I cannot do so this time. Let me start by mentioning the positives about this place: 1. The staff is very pleasant. 2. They have a lovely reception area and provide water and coffee while you wait to check in. 3. They do have parking available. This hotel is not in a good location. I made a booking for two nights but was only able to stay for one. Here are the issues I encountered: 1. This is an adult-oriented hotel, which may not be suitable for families. "ADULTS ONLY" 2. Upon arrival on my floor, I encountered a person smoking in the hallway, which was concerning. 3. The scents throughout the hotel are overwhelmingly strong. 4. The rooms are dimly lit and have a depressing atmosphere. 5. The noise level is excessive – you can hear street noise and conversations from neighboring rooms. We were disturbed by a neighboring guest talking on the phone all night. Although the manager offered to change our room, we ultimately chose not to continue our stay. 6. The room was in need of cleaning, with hair found in the bed and hand prints on the mirror. 7. We booked two nights but only stayed one, and were promised a refund for the night we didn't spend. However, the refund was never provided.

Check-in staff is nice. The process was easy. An elevator takes you to the assigned room on the 4 available floors. The room is angular and futuristic. Room lights are easy and sufficient. An open hanger system for clothes is there. There is another wooden structure for keeping things. The bathroom isn't large but sufficient. Breakfast options are ok. The accounts people are neurotic and nervous.

Not recommended Lack of management It was my worst experience! I am extremely unhappy with the staff and everything in this hotel! Changed rooms several times ( once because of the pipeline issues ) We asked for the refund but they did it after 4 days with argument! We lost a lot of times in our vacation because of lacking management of this hotel! Not worth, Expensive Location is okay but bad smell on that area and noisy, we couldn’t sleep well ! Don’t spend your money and time in this terrible hotel!

The "Love Hotel". We booked this place because of it's great location and they had a jacuzzi tub. It's tucked into a very cute neighborhood with nice dining, metro across the street and walking distance to MNAC. With that said "quiet" is not an adjective I would ever use for this hotel. As I said it's in a neighborhood, so late at night people outside try to be respectful but you will hear whatever is going on. During the hours of 8am and 10pm sleeping will not happen. The double rainfall shower is great except it could use a lip to keep water away from the sink. After you shower if you want the sink or toilet you are walking through puddles of water for a couple of hours until it dries. The tea in the lobby is delicious and a very nice touch.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
