I stayed here over Christmas and considering the unit has a full kitchen, it's really reasonably priced! I hosted Christmas dinner for 6 people here and we made a full pork roast, sides, etc in the kitchen. It was great.

I would not recommend this place. One thing to keep an eye out for is the cancellation policy, as they have a 3-day cancellation policy, before getting charged the full price of the room. The woman on the call was little unreasonable and was left frustrated after the phone call. Best to go to other places where they have a better policy and more reasonable staff.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment unit. The staff were very nice. Overall our unit was okay, had all the space we needed. But the unit was not updated or cleaned very thoroughly. Pool/hot tub/steam room/change room was good. Gym was poor quality, no AC, was so hot inside and not clean. Equipment was okay

What you need to know or what I had wished I had known before making reservations here was that the hotel is under construction. I only found this out when I received an email confirming the details of my stay the night before so too late to cancel. Service and rooms 1 star - Long story short, the toilets in our suite (2 bed and 2 bath) stopped working at 10pm at night. I became aware of this as there were loud gurgling sounds coming from the bathrooms. After the staff tried to fix the toilets, we were moved to another suite (now it's around 11pm) and we have to pack everything up and move. Anyone with kids could imagine what this would be like... Naturally, there was a discussion between myself and the Manager about being compensated for this. However when I went to check out the details of this agreement were nowhere to be found and so it was not honored. Regarding my two star rating for location, while the location is ideal, it's essentially the same as the majority of the other hotels located downtown Vancouver. However, in retrospect, I think the hotels located near Coal Harbour would be quieter. The hotel is located just a few blocks down from a hospital so you hear sirens throughout the day and night. There is more to add but honestly I just want to put this disappointing experience behind me. Consider yourself warned. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel, little noisy in the day time but night environment is good; walking distance to restaurants, shops or any good attractions in town; 1st floor restaurant is great. I like oyster

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
