        Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was lots of mould in the bathroom. The shower was broken, the sink in the bathroom - the two pipes did not line up and water ran out onto the floor. The phone did not work. Air conditioning didn’t work. Adaptors fell out of the plugs. They forgot to clean our room on one occasion. They changed room which gave us even more issues. In fact we had no phone. I don’t remember seeing evacuation instructions. Breakfast was nothing special. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. Having said that the owners are lucky they have the staff they do. The customer service was good. The hotel needs to close and have a complete refurbishment. Other plus is the location.

        This delightful hotel was a short walk to the Metro and train station. There were numerous places to eat and shop within blocks from the front door. The upstairs restaurant served a delicious breakfast every morning. In the evening it was a lovely site for cocktails. The bar graciously provided a bucket of ice to take to our room. Downstairs the front desk was always helpful with local information. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay here!

        The rooftop breakfast is quite an experience with such an incredible view. The rooms are spacious and clean but lack some kind of comfort. Hotel hallways are oldish and a bit smelly but the staff is very kind and helpful. Either for business or leisure the location is perfect, walking distance from most of Rome wonders.

        I ordered a basket of fruit. I never got it. And ordered wine and appetizers, I never got it. They charged for drinks that are in the fridge and no natural water.They asked me when I wanted it and said Wednesday night, but didn’t get it. When I checked out, guy was kind of mean. I told him about it and he started to asking me, did you requested, did you confirmed it? , I just said you asked and I answered, what also I needed to do? And he didn’t say thank you or have a nice trip, anything also. 🥺. But restaurant employees were sooo nice, bar too, very friendly, the other receptionist were too. Location is perfect close to Termini, train and bus stop, very convenient. You can walk to all many attractions from the hotel without getting lost.

        After trying to get ahold of someone, anyone at this hotel trying to retrieve the belongings I accidentally left for about 3 weeks now, I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. I don't even know why they bother putting in an email address, what's up information, fb page etc. I suppose this is all for show. But beware everyone, if you ever accidentally leave out some items at their hotel, you will never be able to get it back. I'm learning it the hardway. This hotels customer service is non existence
