Currently staying at La Habana. The Apartment is a tiny one bedroom. There is nowhere to sit & eat - other than the bed or a rickety patio table large enough for one on the balcony. No where to hang laundry - the dryer is large enough for 2 hand towels. There is very limited seating around the swimming pool. Unless you get down to the pool area at the crack of dawn you won’t get anywhere to sit/sunbathe. There are maybe 8-10 sun beds / chairs. People put towels down & then leave. The pool is full of noisy children. The entrance foyer area is nice, but every table is taken up with digital nomads working, taking calls etc. not very relaxing. The beach is a short walk away. However currently mid January, the tide is very high so you can’t go onto the beach. It’s just sea & big waves. It should be noted that these apartments are very popular with Russians. Every guest we’ve seen so far is Russian. Nice location, everything is walkable, the apartment is clean. Would I recommend no - unless you’re Russian.

And the fitness center's avant-garde exhibit of out-of-service signs and hoards of kids abusing the equipment. Clearly, a masterpiece in modern art. The pool area, a serene sanctuary, offers the melodic bliss of weekend chaos – the E-coli alarm is just the cherry on top. Meanwhile, the constructions at the back and front of La Habana is a harmonious backdrop, ensuring your stay is nothing short of pure, unadulterated bliss...

Nice place. Not a hotel. Stayed in a 2 x bedroom apartment. Overlooking pool. Good facilities. Good location. Tamarind Night Market next door. Beach a few minutes walk . Easy getting into central Hua Hin using local bus/taxi which cost only 15baht pp. Lots of bar,restaurants and massage parlours. You can take local bus to and from Bangkok ( cheap) or taxi .. takes around 3 hour pending traffic.

Overall: Nice Airbnb/apartment/hotel/condo as it is still rather new. Completed year 2020. Great for couple n small family stay. Location: Can’t access the beach but it has nice night markets(Cicada/Tamarind) just round the corner and 10mins drive to bluport mall. Will stay here again when it’s off-peak season.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
