Arrived in late. Given a room which had a simple hook latch for a lock! Key didn't work! Safety was the issue. Room was fine but dated.

This place made our vacation worth it the staff was great our go to guy Conrado was such a hard worker who worked at the front lobby and restaurant and was helpful with all our questions and concerns made us felt very welcome. Ricardo and Martin were very helpful with our pick up service making calls to confirm pick up to the airport so we suggest to do this before you depart to the airport the day before. For any questions these guys will gladly help you out. Reserve your stay here you wouldn't be disappointed. Free breakfast coffee, water, tea and little snack for the guest. We will definitely be back... This team deserve tips. Stop by to show some love to this great establishment.

For the price and free breakfast this little treasure cannot be beat. There are 3 pools and 3 hot tubs. The garden area is simply beautiful with all the green lush plants. The garden has 2 pools both which were clean and not crowded which is nice cause you can really chill out and do your own thing without feeling like you need to make small talk. There's one hot tub located in the garden and two on the roof top which is also where the other pool is. The hot tubs aren't fancy or that hot but they get the job done. I watched the sunset from the roof top many nights. The room itself is cozy it could use a fresh coat of paint but it's not disgusting. The TV and bedside clock are a bit outdated and I wouldn't consider the facilities to be luxury by "American standards" but it is nice enough to feel safe and comfortable. My main complaint is the bed. It's SO FIRM and not enough blankets. I woke up multiple times due to being uncomfortable. There is no iron but there is a mini fridge and hair dryer in the room. The staff was friendly and some spoke English. They were nice when I showed up at 11:30 AM and let me check in at 1:30 although check in technically starts at 3 PM. They don't have a locked luggage room but they do place your luggage where they can see it in the main lobby. This hotel is about a 5 min walk from Walmart and a 10 minute walk from 5th Ave which has all the shopping and beach access. It's a couples resort so there were lots of honeymooners (hence all the little hearts in the decor) but I and other solo travelers still felt welcome!

Nothing is what it shows in these pictures. This place is a run down dirty hotel. No phone to call front staff, the place is called El Palasio not Leyenda, no channels are available on the TV, the pools and beach chairs all look dirty and old, front desk were not the friendliest ppl, the included breakfast was nothing spectacular and Carmen del Playa had too much seaweed. Stay away from this hotel You were warned

Great location close to 5th Avenue ferry and beach. Nice clean rooms. Nice pools the roof top pool had great views and lovely relaxing areas with plenty of sun loungers. Substantial breakfast. Overall this hotel was great value for money.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
