Our one-night stay with Silvia at La Locandiera in Florence was perfect. First of all, as someone who has stayed in a variety of accommodations where usually one item was lacking, this was NOT the case at La Locandiera. Silvia has thought of EVERYTHING to make a stay comfortable and efficient. So close to the train station, a comfortable bed, a delicious breakfast, a hot shower, a view of a lovely tree, and an amazing host. You will be glad you stayed there.

So much more than I expected, the reviews were good but the reality is even better. Silvia our host was more than helpful. A brilliant breakfast selection, beautiful cosy & luxurious rooms. Close to the station for convenience , a gr8 location from which to explore Florence & surrounding area

The owner Silvia deserves a gold star for her hospitality and warm welcome, and we were very pleased to stay at La Locandiera. Our room was really well-equipped with a good-sized bathroom, comfortable bed and even a dining table and couch. The location is an easy walk from SMN station and the wonders of Florence are close by as well. The breakfasts were plentiful and timely. This was a great place to stay.

Silvia, Silvia, Silvia! I cannot express how impressed my family and I were with our accommodations and services at this property. The owner, Silvia, takes great pride in her service and does it all with a friendly smile. We really loved her made to order breakfasts which you order the evening before. She delivers each promptly, and they are delicious! She attends every room daily and maintains a level of cleanliness not seen in many boutique hotels such as these. She is also very helpful with information should you need it. Couple of items: 1.The hotel is very close to the train station and the trams. Plenty of restaurants. 2.There is a laundry facility just next door to the hotel. The owner and his brother will do your laundry…wash, dry and fold, for a very reasonable price or you can do it yourself. Use them! Trust me. 3. Small grocery around the corner and a convenience store with all kinds of household products around the other corner. 4. All attractions are within walking distance from this property.

A wonderful B&B! Spotless with a nice homey vibe, and perfected located in Firenze (close to the train station and a few minutes away from the center). Silvia is absolutely lovely and a wonderful hostess who makes sure your stay is as pleasant as it can be. Breakfast is fantastic and served in your room. Only good things to say about this place, I recommend it 100%.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
