Perfect place to visit Leaning Tower of Pisa, short walking distance away. Decent room with common coffee/hot water facilities. Top responsiveness & clear instructions, thanks, Luisa for making us feel comfy. Left luggage (without security) available. Well thought out accommodation.

Stayed at La Lu Cozy Rooms May 2023. The room was excellent, the location was fantastic but I would like to share how outstanding the service was. Luisa could not have been more help to us. Communication was top notch throughout our stay. I would highly recommend La Lu Cozy Rooms to anyone wishing to stay in Pisa.

Overall this is a perfect place for a night in Pisa. Located 5 mins walk from the tower itself and really close to the main city road and river Extremely clean, good facilities and an easy self check in method. The breakfast voucher given is a nice surprise so it makes you venture through the city itself and offers a wide variety of options . ( some needed to be paid for as an extra) Overall a really good experience

We loved our stay at LaLu Cozy Rooms 2 in Pisa - we stayed in room "1 delle Mura", which had a little balcony with slatted shutters, overlooking residential gardens... which made for a lovely quiet spot to have the window opening out to. Instructions from Luisa were great, and we had no problems accessing the building/room (which was upstairs on the 1st floor). The room itself was an absolute delight - beautifully presented, with a black & white tiled floor, beautifully decorated, inviting bed, air-con, great bathroom/shower, and lots of lovely touches everywhere. Luisa really has put a huge amount of thought into every detail! We didn't have a chance to make use of it, but vouchers were included to grab breakfast at a local cafe, and discounts at a couple of nearby restaurants. The hallway into the rooms had plenty of great touches - coffee machine, water cooler, wine glasses etc etc. The location was great too - just next to the Palazzo della Carovana, and only a few minutes walk from restaurants and a 5 min walk from the Cathedral/Tower, and from the botanical gardens. We'd recommend staying here to anyone, and would happily stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
