The service and location of this hotel is absolutely excellent. From check-in to bell-hop, to in-room needs, service was the highest quality. We visited as part of an anniversary trip and my husband emailed the staff to do a little welcome surprise in the room. They were amazing and walking in to the fruit and dessert display with cloth flower petals was a really wonderful surprise. The lobby is beautiful and we loved being on a quieter street but still so close to many attractions. We had shopping bags delivered to the hotel and they had them waiting in our rooms when we got back from other excursions. The rooms were nicely appointed and a good size with very nice linens and ample storage options including a mini fridge that was great for when we would pick up a few drinks and extra pastries! The bathroom did feel a little dated and the carpet had some noticeable wear and tear. Overall we would be extremely happy to stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to be near Champs Elysee!

Though this is a five-star hotel, our room was in need of some attention. The lights in the bathroom often required the switch to be flipped several times before the lights would come on. The shower drain was terribly slow, causing me to have to turn off the water mid-shower for a couple of minutes, even during a quick shower. The towel warmer once turned on could not be turned off. What made up for all of this was the exception service. From the moment we arrived we felt taken care of and welcomed. The location is perfect. Close to everything, yet the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood.

This hotel went above and beyond! Its prime location made exploring Paris easy, with multiple nearby metro stations. The staff was incredibly helpful, delivering room service/waters promptly and supplying umbrellas on a rainy day. A big thanks to Hannah for putting together a long list of dining recommendations; we tried many, and they were all excellent! Our stay here truly enhanced our trip, and we're already planning our return!

My wife and I visited this hotel while on our honeymoon and it was beyond what we were expecting. The hotel is beautiful in a very central/great location. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. As a welcome and congratulatory present, the staff had flowers waiting in our room along with free champagne. When we are back in Paris, we will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

The issue with this hotel continues to be the air conditioning issues and it may be worse in specific suites. We were there for one hot day and one cooler temperature day and it didn’t make a difference. The room was steadily at 77-78 degrees and never cools. You also have to leave the curtains complete closed or it heats up into the 80’s. The bell person came in the room as did the front desk person who called an a/c technician but it never improved which is frustrating when you have a nice suite and you are paying close to a $1000 a night for. If you at temperature sensitive at all, be warned. The hotel was nice but I wish they would have offered another room, a fan, and a discount. My wife and I slept drenched in sweat. We tried opening the windows but the noise from the street was much more pronounced. I hope they fix this issue as I would not suggest the hotel to others due to this problem. I know they are saying it's fixed but look back at the reviews and you will see a pattern.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
