The location of this hotel is perfect as it is close to all major sites that you can walk to. Unfortunately for us, when we checked in for a 7 night stay, we found out our AC was not working and this was during the heat wave last week, hottest temps on record in Rome. They did provide us with a fan and that was helpful, but we paid for a room with AC. The AC was eventually fixed the last day and half we were there. While we loved the location and the room (while small) was affordable and clean we will not stay here again. I would recommend calling ahead and ensuring the AC is working especially during the hot months. The staff was friendly.

June - 2023 This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Rome. About 15 min walk from the Vatican. 5 min from Piazza Navona. 15 from The Pantheon and still walking distance from the Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and spacious for a Roman hotel. The staff was great. Helped us out a lot. Note: I had a rent a car throughout our trip, but when we ended in Rome, I returned my vehicle as there is no parking here and the streets are very narrow. But if you’re in Rome, you don’t need a vehicle. Easy to use public transportation and most places are walkable.

This is far the best accommodation we experienced in Rome. Michelle helped us out a lot. She checked us in smoothly and took care of our needs right away. She even set us up for a transportation service going to the airport after we checked out. The location of the place is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. The room are very clean and spacious. Finally, Michelle did everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We highly recommend this place.

Great location but that was about it. Could barely get any communication from the property even though they asked you to confirm booking 72 hours in advance. No instructions on how to check in and no one answered the phone or the door bell. I can't speak for any of the other rooms but ours was very very small and barely had space to hold our luggage. The bathroom was so tiny the toliet and sink were squished next to each other and you had to be careful not to hit your head on the sink when trying to sit on the toilet. The AC didn't work well either.

My wife and I just got back from a quick trip to Rome. We stayed 4 nights in the La Maison Dell'Orologio and absolutely loved it. The location was great, Michelle was awesome, the breakfast was solid, the room and king sized bed were on point. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was my first Bed and Breakfast experience and won't be my last!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
