The room we booked was not the room we received. We were supposed to have a garden view and instead looked at an apartment building. The pictures of the room we booked were not accurate to the room we received, as we booked the modern room with the updated flooring. The room we received was outdated, dirty, and in need of repair. Out of all of our bookings this was the one we were most excited for but it left a very poor taste in our mouths of Sorrento. There is also no staff physically here to help with check-in or with navigating around the city or for bus schedules which you will find at other accommodations. There is a hotel around the corner that has similar pricing, front desk staff, and kept very clean so don’t be fooled like we were. This is basically an apartment. Pros: The breakfast service was timely. The location is close to the train station, and it is economical if you just want a place to lie your head down but there are similarly priced places which have much nicer amenities. I was apprehensive to eat the breakfast as the provided water in glass reusable bottles were filthy and brought into question the cleanliness of the food preparation area. I emptied the bottle into the sink after seeing it needed to be cleaned and put it with the dirty dishes assuming it has just not been used in a while as the cap had mould and there were sediment lines in the bottle but it was returned filled and still dirty. We stayed for two nights and felt it wasn’t worth the hassle to try to deal with booking another place as we had limited time but it put a big damper on our trip.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely small hotel. Our room was clean and modern, and even had its own balcony! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and having breakfast in our room each morning was such a nice touch. The location was also perfect, being only 5 minutes from the main square and around the corner from the train station. It is also very quiet despite being so central. The only small downside is that it is up a considerable 3 flights of stairs, but I understand there are no lifts in these old city buildings. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, modern, beautiful, spacious rooms with comfy beds and air conditioning. The breakfast is amazing and the location is impeccable. You are only a few steps from the main Piazza and the people who work here are so accommodating and will do everything to make sure your stay is perfect. My only regret is not staying here for my entire trip. If you’re looking for a sign to book, this is it. Thank you to the staff for the best hotel stay I’ve had.

A bit difficult to find initially, you will need the clear instructions from staff to find it. No elevator, you will need to carry your luggages up 3 floors. Once you are settled it is a great place to stay, only a few minutes by walk to the main Sorrento area. Good breakfast included. Right by the Sorrento train station which has frequent trains to Napoli.

Really lovely accommodation for such a good price. Its right next to the train station which is super convenient for travel. Easily walkable to the main square. Its a bit tricky dragging luggage up the 3 flights of stairs but the room is lovely. Plenty of room and the bathroom is very nice.
