Amazing hotel! Right next to Santa Croce, we even had a view from our room. It's close to everything important you need to see. The rooms are spacious, and our bathroom had a bathtub. Comfortable and very large beds. Coffee machine and water. Definitely choose the breakfast included option. Really nice girl - Agnese, prepare the most incredible breakfast with her golden hands. Whatever you wish and even more. She surprised us every morning with something different except the things we wanted. Every morning was a real pleasure form the moment she greeted you with the most positive 'Buongiorno' through her kindly approach if you want coffee or really anything else. The best beginning of the day. Special thanks to Agnese for making our stay just perfect.

We loved this hotel when we stayed in Florence in May. Great location and the room was very clean with comfortable beds. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to go see. They had huge candles lit that smelled amazing in the first area. I wish I knew where they got them from! Not a super typical hotel but we felt very secure and it was quiet even though we were close to large crowds and busy locations.

We enjoyed our stay at this up scale hotel. We had the breakfast and they cooked our eggs fresh when we came to breakfast. They had a variety of other foods as well. The location was great as well. We were able to walk to all the attractions. It is just around the corner from Santa Croce church

We feel scammed. We booked 2 rooms staying from 9th Nov leaving 11th Nov 2023. We arrived at the hotel at 2200, only to find a key for one room. There was no one at reception to help us, We had to find a room in another hotel. The next day, we took up the issue with the duty manager. He agreed to refund us for the second room that we did not receive. Two days later, the same manager told us he couldn’t refund us, because the hotel owner refused to give the refund. This is unacceptable behaviour and very dishonest. We do nit mind so much about the money, however it is the principe that matters. It’s a real shame because we came to Firenze for a nice occasion, which hit totally spoilt by the hotel’s dishonest and money grabbing behaviour. Shane on you.

We really enjoyed our stay here; however, from the website, it appears to be an actual hotel. It is more of an AirBNB or apartment style living. While they do service the rooms every day, they don't have available amenities. Breakfast is 20 Euros, not sure anything about the bar, there is no real check in lobby or office and other people come and go throughout the building. There is no bathroom in the lobby for quick use. As for the rooms, the AC is OK, not necessarily the best and hard to figure out but this is Europe so we figured as much. The views from the rooms are very nice especially in the corner where you have a wonderful view of Santa Croce Basilica. The showers are nice; however, there is almost no way to avoid water spilling all over the floor. The sink also when turned on is so shallow it doesn't allow for a lot of water pressure without being extremely careful and not spewing everywhere. They cleaned the rooms and replaced towels each day so this was especially nice. There is no where to grab extra waters, but "coffee" service with a Keurig machine in the room. This may be custom to the area of Florence. Nonetheless, our stay was nice and we had no other issues. Check in hours are not after 9 pm so be careful when coming or going late on first night on train. They can not really grant extended checkout either. In the area there are so many wonderful restaurants, bars, and cafes. The church is beautiful next door and the people are kind.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
