        I wouldn't recommend staying at this place. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the room but there was quite a big leakage from the windows as there was rain. We saw puddles of water on the window frames. For the price which we paid, which was around 70 euros per night really not worth it. The inside of the room was clean but the rooms needed some refurbishment. There are much better options to stay in Nairobi

        Rooms definitely need an overhaul and a LOT of attention from the management. 1. Room as bathroom windows leaks when it rains outside 2. TV channels too less and lousy 3. Only one dustbin in the entire room . That too in the bathroom 4. Health faucet on the wrong side. Not functional and leaks. 5. Bathroom hot water : reception says you need to run the water for 10 mins for it to get hot. What about wastage of water and time !! 6. Bathroom toiletries of poor quality 7. Requests like iron board etc gets lost in transmission. Multiple requests went ignored. Came after multiple follow ups. 8. Flat in power adaptors needs to be made available to guests on request. Entire hotel of 60 rooms did not have an adaptor when requested. 9. Breakfast buffet options and restaurant service was excellent. 10. There is no way to keep the main door open even for a second. 11. The DND / clean my room card falls down on the floor every time you close the door. 12. Curtains in the rooms don't close properly. 13. Soad dish holder in the shower area is loose and rotating in all the rooms. 14. Towels are frayed and needs a relook. 15. No milk powder to make coffee or tea. Most irritating in the morning. 16. No newspaper service in rooms !! 17. Too many hard water marks in the shower glass, shower heads. 18. No room service menu card in the room !! Very surprising.

        Not recommend. The food off the menu is terrible. The 1 star is for the adequate breakfast. Rooms have no hot water. Hair dryers don't work, and they only have 5 in a 58-bed hotel. Towels are old. Rooms have small windows. Old hotel which have not been maintained. Owners live out of the country, and there is no hotel manager on site.

        Your hotel location is ideal. Not to mention the incredible welcome from your well trained staff. The meal was delicious as we enjoyed the atmosphere with my friend when we checked in for lunch last week. Thanks for your excellent hospitality, highly recommend this hotel for business or vacation.. I would definitely came back..

        Lets start with the good things; staff are friendly and helpful, the location is really good with Sarit and a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is outdated and noisy; you can hear water running if someone is taking a shower and I saw a cockroach in the toilet. The bed was very comfortable so again it's ok for a few days but overall wouldn't suggest if you like quiet rest.
