Love the location, very convenient. The room is small but you get what you paid. They do have nice balcony. The room is clean and very nice hot tub. The only thing is they don’t have blanket just a sheet. Also , the front desk people are very nice. It is valuable to stay. If you stay on the weekends, some flea market open.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my every need was met. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel's amenities, such as the spa and dining options, were top-notch. Pretty nice little hotel by the plaza. Easy access to street vendors at night and close to the beach. Pool and hot tub accessible. Only complaint is the balconies are not very sound proof and you can hear your neighbor's conversations. Had to tell ours to stop singing at 1230 pm when we were trying to sleep one night . Parking is a pain. Call in advance how to reach the parking garage.

I've gone to different parts of Mexico throughout my life. Each has provided me with a different experience whether I traveled via Cruise, stayed at a resort, hotel or Airbnb. La Pasion was different from most of my experiences because it felt more like a motel where you merely lay your head and not a hotel with a lot of bells and whistles. The place was cozy yet dated. The room had a bathroom, bed and small refrigerator…the necessary creature comforts. We experienced a few bugs on two different occasions in the bedroom and in the bathroom (shower) but overall everything was OK. The walls are thin and you could hear the noises in the halls, your neighbors, downstairs and outside. But after a few days we were able to comfortably sleep through it all. Our room had a patio that faced the Municipal Park area which was a great added treat. La Pasion is an ideal location because it's centrally located to MEGA (grocery store), Walmart, a variety of restaurants and places to shop and an easy 5-7 minutes walk to town where the tourists normally frequent. The staff were personable, friendly and accommodating. We fully enjoyed conversing with them and practicing our Spanish which was a lot of FUN! Every day you get a chance to experience the feel of the community and locals daily along with the beautiful weather whether we went outside to the Park area or sit on the patio. Within the Park there would be about eight food vendors that were staples each day. On special occasions there would be more food vendors along with other types of vendors from spices, honey and apparel to chocolate unique to the culture. At the Park each day families would enjoy themselves from 5pm to about 2am. This Park was exhilarating and the kids fully enjoyed themselves and you could see their smiles and hear the laughter. We became a part of the culture and staying at La Pasion allowed us the ability to be able to effectively tap into the community and enjoy the beach, people, food and gain yet another type of wonderful experience. NOTE: We wanted a detailed daily hotel stay breakdown but didn't get it instead they have us the total stay. I'm hoping we can eventually get a detailed breakdown.

The best thing about this hotel is it s amazing location! Seriously it cant be more perfect ! Right next to 5th avenue but without being noisy at all, close to ado bus terminal, very secure , just close to the municipality, clean , amazing staff and suoer affordable! I loved ittt and highly recommend it if you are staying in playa

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
