This hotel's rooms are kind of small but they are totally adequate and well equipped. The location in Little Italy is perfect to walk just about anywhere downtown. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The walk-in shower was luxurious in our room and our window even opened to the sounds of life in Little Italy when we wanted it.

This was our second time staying here. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The staff is great. There is underground parking for a charge. It's a pretty tight fit but our Honda Accord was fine. The parking permit is 1st come 1st serve. The alternative is searching for a place on the street and feeding the meter. The location is fantastic. It's in the heart of San Diego's Little Italy. A charming neighborhood with tons of restaurants within a couple of block radius. The hotel is also 2 blocks from a trolley station. From there, you can access downtown, The Gaslamp, the malls of Mission Valley and other areas of San Diego. This time we went to a concert at Snapdragon Stadium which has its own trolley stop about 15 minutes from the hotel (very convenient).

loved the location, central to everything a tourist to SD needs. airport is 15minutes away. rooms were small but cozy, who needs a giant space when traveling anyway. farmers market at base of hotel on Wednesday and Saturday was awesome. nightlife on street is abundant and plenty of spots to get a drink and some grub. will be back for sure

So many great things about this quaint hotel! Can’t get any better on the location. Centrally located, easy access to restaurants and nightlife, the airport, and a short drive to the beach and zoo. Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Management was very open to our specific requests. Would highly recommend and looking forward to my return.

Before booking, I specifically clarified whether the hotel offered parking, as parking in San Diego is very expensive and/or difficult. This was confirmed to me. When we arrived, I was told that my car was too big for the underground car park, although a look down showed that there were even larger vehicles parked there. So we had to look for a parking space outside. The rooms are only cleaned upon request, but even when we did that, nothing happened…. Reception repeatedly made promises that were then not kept. In addition, the rooms are fairly poorly equipped for a hotel. In short, San Diego would be happy again, this hotel never ever again!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
