Excellent b&b in the Sassi of Matera. Very clean and very typical room in the old stone cistern. The owners are very kind and super helpful. The location is also convenient due to the nearby parking. Honorable mention for the excellent breakfast based on typical local products. We will definitely be back!

Chiara and Rocco are really adorable and take great care of their guests. This is the only time we were welcomed with a cold drink (fruit juice and even local wine) and fennel taralli, a delight! They guided us and gave us very good advice. The location is perfect. This city is a treasure not to be missed. The room is naturally cool, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom pretty and clean. For breakfast, they will introduce you to the specialties of the region with delicious fennel sausages, pistachio croissants, foccacias and pizzas, fresh local fruits, yogurts, scamorza and delicious ricotta. We can only advise you ;)

It's a shame there are only 5 stars, it certainly deserves many more!!! The property is in an excellent location!! The owner and her partner welcomed us with kindness and hospitality, even reserving a parking space for us which would otherwise be too difficult to look for independently. Abundant breakfast with typical local products (both savory and excellent quality pastry brioches). As for the rooms, excellent cleanliness and everything taken care of down to the smallest detail! we stayed with 5 people. A triple on the ground floor and a double on the first floor. Highly recommended for anyone who is doubtful about other structures 😄😄😉😉

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
