My wife and I went for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. Each member of the staff is extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel has excellent views and is very romantic, so definitely recommend for any couples traveling together wanting to see Oia in Santorini. The location is great (just at the entrance to Oia) and the hotel provides any service you need to either see the rest of the island or enjoy your stay at the hotel. Would definitely visit again. 5 out of 5 stars

Our stay at La Perla has been amazing! The staff is very attentive and nice. The rooms are beautiful! We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa with Jetted tub. The views from this room are spectacular! Picture perfect. Location was also a plus. Not too close to the crowded area on the strip. Very private, which I love! Highly recommend!

Great hotel with spacious rooms and the most amazing view over the Caldera. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade. Enjoy the breakfast on your little terrace and enjoy the view. How the staff carry your bags up and down is pretty impressive too!

Trying to be fair here … Except the view (and few people from the staff) nothing else deserve to stay in this hotel It’s not a 5 stars (to long to describe ) Special mention to the management who is clearly not customer centric. On the top as already mentioned in some other customer post : plumbing smell is a real issue. After reading this do what you want to do but don’t say you haven’t been advised.

Amazing service and beautiful views. Full 5 star experience. Rooms offer lots of amenities as well as privacy. Pool on premises helps get through the hot summer days. Convenience store in close range too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
