Hotel was good, rooms clean and good size. Beds not too hard. Breakfast range was also good and well priced (mine not included in room rate). Do not use Google Maps to locate it though as it takes you to wrong place some 600m in wrong direction. Baidu maps had it located correctly!

Very bad hotel , I’m staying in this hotel every year in the last 10 years , I found that they are cheating me at the reception, I ask them to change usd to RMB and I asked them the today’s rate , they said it is 6.2 rmb for each usd, so I show them that in google it’s showing 7 rmb per1 usd , they claimed that the google is wrong , I believed them , after a day I found out they having a converting machine and that the machine rate is 6.9 rmb per dollar and that they keep the rate difference for themselves, after confronting the workers they paid back the money from they pocket and said they are sorry , the workers are all together cheating the hotel foreign client’s and making money on them. Bad hotel , I suggest to you all not to deal with that hotel if you don’t I want to be scammed.

Really nice hotel. Stayed here for 3 weeks when I moved to GZ. Staff was always kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is very chinese, the food is a bit greasy. I’m gluten intolerant so I was extremely limited. The one negative thing I have to say about this hotel is that I don’t feel the staff respects the DND. I was literally woken up by a man in my room who came in even though I had the DND on, and on multiple occasions I would come in and could clearly tell they had been in there. My air conditioning had broken so I had to move rooms which was frustrating, they had mistakenly assigned me a room that already has someone in it which was an awkward encounter. So overall a great experience but yes they have room to improve on their service and efficiency.

Hotel room was nice and clean, nothing special, but locaction is great, near the Metro with convenient connections, almost direct from the Airport. Breakfast was very good, enjoyed the fresh fruit. I had the club sandwich brought to my room, it was okayish, but the english of the staff is not. The gym is a tragedy, don't call it a gym.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
