A little difficult to find but the interior was nice and the rooms were spacious and modern with nice bathrooms. A short walk to the trevi fountain, spanish steps, and pantheon and the man at check in was very nice. Cleaning services daily where also a plus to come back to a clean room.

Finest quality room, very clean and room size Bathroom, Best location - a 25 step walk to Metro/bus, Amazing Food joints nearby, posh market around, 2 stop Colosseum and 4 stop to Vatican, everything else on walk. The host Barbara is very friendly. She is very keen to tell the best spots around to cover. Just love the food joints in nearby areas. Pricing is very reasonable.

Traveled from Florence, location is excellent. 35 minutes from the roman forum! Clean room, very thoughtful staff, they brought us wine glasses after seeing our plastic cups. Little difficult to find, but that is also nice after you check in it makes it seem very secluded and private. WIFI really sucks though, it was unusable in our room.

Was afraid to book this place but once inside I was happy. For the price (not much given the location) you get two bedrooms for 4 people, dining area, two full bathrooms and a kitchen with utensils and fridge. Its like going to your summer home in Rome. Great location right on top of the Metro system 5 min walk. Bus station close by. This is a good location to communicate. Close to Tervi fountain and spanish steps and Pantheon (aĺl within walking distance). Would use again and recommend.

Great location to stay in Rome- centrally located, it's easy to walk around, and it's also right next to a metro stop. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning functioned well. Note that there is no lift, and it's on the second floor of the building.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
