The one I Love with this Hotel LA Playa Boutique Resort is In front of the Ocean already and very near in Public places easy to access the Room is cool and Food is Great especially the Seafood and Veg.

The hotel is in the second row, so the view of the lake is only theoretical. The hotel does not offer any services, does not offer breakfast and does not have a restaurant. There are 7/11s on the left and right where you can get supplies. The rooms are big enough and the bathroom is big enough. The technology works but the management has to ensure that the furniture and the rooms are maintained.

Came down to the bar... Place seems nice, food is fine, but service itself is terrible! We ordered two meals. They said they didn't have one and forgot about the other. We changed the first meal. In like 30 minutes a waitress brought the second meal and... That was all. After about an hour I reminded them that we were still waiting for the first meal, but they said the same "no have"! After an hour, Karl! Of course they forgot about the extra rice we asked for... Not a big deal, but the same time menu is quite pricy which isn't reasonable for that level of service... Disappointing!

Quaint little hotel. Kind of old looking but clean. WiFi available but slow. Right across the street from the beach with quite a few decent restaurants all along that street. Better food along the beach further north (look up Andy’s Seafood). Nice view. All told a decent budget but clean hotel to stay for a day or so. Not bad for $33 per night. Only complaint from me was the mosquitos in the room.

Very nice hotel; clean and looks good (I think renovated this year), beach just over the road - 2 7-11 shops very near. Nice and polite service - we was there 2nd time...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
