        Location cannot be bettered. View from the balcony is stunning, gate of the pslsce, cathedral and sea views. Modern, cleverly designed room plus onsuite shower. Be ready to climb 78 stairs but Toni carries the luggage.

Good and very friendly service, clean room with personality, a lot of stairs and no lift, breakfast set served in a cafe nearby. Very good in the category of "room for rent." Special mentions: good hair dryer and excellent cleaning!

        Clean and comfortable. On the fourth floor with no elevator, but the staff carried our bags for us. Ideal location for exploring the Palace. Parking is a little ways away but the staff transports you in a golf cart. Great shower and very nice room and bathroom. Friendly, helpful staff.

        Fine room with the coolest bathroom. Great location and just outside city walls so nice and quiet.But be warned, stairs not suitable for big heavy bags or people with poor mobility. Good breakfast included and staff v helpful

        Great location, a little hard to find, but the service is exceptional. The morning we checked out and needed to catch a ferry to Brac, there was a marathon on the streets and multiple roads were closed. Roko took us to our car and then rode with us, helping navigate the closed roads, ensuring we made our scheduled ferry. This place is FANTASTIC!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
