Air ventilation did not work in our room so humidity was very high during out stay. That was also because windows were not able to be opened in half but only all the way. Could be also little bit cleaner Service was ok.

Just tried the bar. Challan means corner and this building sits on two busy thoroughfares. Having said that the outdoor terrace is walled off from the streets and pavement, making it a pleasant spot for a drink

Curious design of the rooms, with a big vulgar photo (a large disgusting salmon smoking a cigarette) on the wall and rough furniture, walls and ceilings. Showering was nearly impossible, as it led to a daily flood across the bathroom (and even into the living area) and probably also to leakages towards the room below. I had similar leakage stains in my ceiling at least.. An attempt to let the reception know about this leakage and problems with the water system were not fruitful as the situation did not change. The TV could not be turned off, resulting in the continuous presence of a penetrating standby light during the night. The rooms themselves were not very well isolated as I could hear everything happening in other rooms and the hallway. While the airconditioning could be turned off, another air ventilation system exited in my room and only stopped during the night, leading to blowing noises while trying to get some sleep.. Breakfast was the same every day, basic but good enough. The hotel personnel lacked any basic understanding of English, which made communication challenging. Overall the experience of Madrid was good, but not thanks to this hotel.

The staff was very friendly, the bar/Restaurant was alright and the room was quite comfortable although for the price it wasn’t too good. Additionally the walls of the hotel were really thin, so you could here what was going on in your neighbours room. (There were of couple of guys having a party until 4 am)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
