        This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. I'll list the issues. 1. They don't tell you until AFTER you pay for your room that they ALSO charge $50 deposit PER DAY and that it will be refunded when you check out. I've seen others say they didn't get it back for 5-7 days. 2. The hallways carpet is AWFUL!!! It smells musty, it's torn, stained, burned, and wrinkled. I'll include a video. 3. The 1st night there were construction workers who checked in ( like 20) and they were yelling down the hallways and knocking on each other's doors then running away...like a 12 year old. Anyway, I asked to change rooms. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. The next morning I get an alert that they charged me an ADDITIONAL $300 on top of the original $ 300 and $150 deposit!!!!!! I complained at the front desk. She just said that she would see what she could do about it. She tried to reverse it but it would not reverse. She said she called her support but they could not help her. I have had to call my bank to report it. I could have stayed at the Hilton for this price. I would've left and found something else but all of my funds are tied up in this dump. 😡😡😡

        Generally I have seen better La Quintas in other states. The room was too small and not inviting. The breakfast was extremely bad. The quality of every item was low. Really nothing much for the vegetarians but subpar pastries and bread.

        The location was fine as the place was close to the freeway and the front desk staff wasn't rude. However, that's where the good ends. As for the bad, we saw a roach in the room as soon as we entered and requested a different room. Unfortunately, there were more roaches in the other room as well. The carpet in the hallway looked extremely old and dirty and the room was very dimly lit. We decided to cut our stay short. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

        When I booked the hotel my reservation, the hotel looked great in pictures but when arrived, it truly disappointed me. Location was convenient since it is right by the freeway however there were roaches in the room and it was truly disgusting. The staff was friendly and courteous but the rooms don't smell super clean and as I mentioned above, the room had roaches. I would not recommend to stay here nor would book ever again. Not a pleasant experience.

        I was just told that you no longer take reservations over the phone. I realize that I am part of the "dinosaur" age and expect good customer service. Which, talking to a human being is no longer an expectation for the younger generation. However, I would like you to consider how much business you will lose from the generation that possibly has more income to spend on recreation. You might make enough income not to care about. I hope to see your company in bankruptcy soon for your indifference although have doubts that this will happen because of the general indifference to good customer service.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
