They really need to shut this place down! It’s ridiculous how unkempt it is! Me and a colleague stayed for two nights, due to our employer booking these rooms. We both had to change rooms TWICE! Him the first time because the rooms smelled like smoke, the second time the sheets and bathroom were dirty! Me because the comforter had what appeared to be semen, and then the floors not being swept or mopped and a dirty rag left hanging in ghetto shower as of the last person to stay there had used it and housekeeping over looked it! The third room they gave me was in the second floor. SURPRISE SURPRISE the elevator doesn’t work! After moving twice, we both just settled for what was given! Just knock the place down and start over. Not to mention that the whole extra safety thing on the back of all the doors were loose as if someone had attempted to kick the doors in. In ALL 6 total of the rooms we were in between the two of us! The furniture needs to be cleaned. They’re vinyl chairs for crying out loud, just wipe them down already! Annnnnnnd the property certainly doesn’t feel safe. So save your money. The staff was nice… that’s the only positive!

This place is an absolute dump! My overpriced room had light fixtures falling off the wall. Too many things plugged into one light switch. I turned off the lights and the fridge defrosted with my expensive salad and it filled it with water. 🤢yuck! The toilet leaked water in the floor and the sink didn’t drain. The worst was the guy in the back seat of his car parked outside my room all night. My dog kept growling every time he had a visitor. Wink wink, maybe a customer? Anyway it sucked . A total rip off .

Only a few cockroaches, but you have to expect that when you're in Louisiana. The room smelled like somebody was smoking pot. Carpeting in the room just didn't smell clean and the air that blows from the air conditioner has a moldy tinge to it. Visible mold on the wall of the back side of the room. Door to the bathroom looks like it made it through Katrina but never should have. It wasn't replaced. Good luck in room 129 if you want your shower controls to work. Temperatures range from scald to freezing on the I really want to take a shower scale. Similar room my business partner had a couple doors down didn't have carpeting and he didn't have a mold issue in the room because he had vinyl plank flooring. Strongly urged they upgrade to that. They feed you well at breakfast and the staff were all friendly.
