We had an awful and very disappointing experience. The bed was extremely small for two people. The spring mattress was very uncomfortable and the bed would roll whenever you get off or move. I would have liked for the front desk person to offer a different room at the moment of the check in since we have wide shoulders and we are tall. After sleeping in this hotel we had back pain for couple of days. Regarding the hotel, the location is great, but the rooms are very tiny for tall individuals. I would suggest if you are tall to look at different hotels with bigger beds and rooms.

Located in Central Madrid the hotel offers excellent accommodation. The rooms are comfortable, well presented and the staff excellent. Great breakfast. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This hotel has charm and it's cozy. We mainly like it's location, the friendly staff, the functioning antique elevator, the breakfast buffet. Shot out to Joaquin at the breakfast restaurant for being so accommodating to our needs.

We had a fantastic long weekend here. We had to upgrade our room, the first one was quite small and dark, the bathroom was quite small as well. Thanks to Vikoria at reception she was able to find us an upgrade to the most perfect room. I mentioned we travelled for our wedding anniversary. Lo and behold, the evening of our special day she had organised a lovely delivery to our room…a fab bottle of cava and a warm hand written note. We would stay in the beautiful hotel again. The location was super.

Stopped into the lobby bar for a drink. Very interesting drink menu. Had the Mexican passion...tequila, lime and OJ, passion fruit and black pepper corns, yes pepper corns. The flavors are amazing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
