We had a pleasant time at La Renta Hotel. Our room was small, but extremely quiet. It is located in the middle of the old town of Hanoi, from here you can stroll very well and enjoy great food on every corner. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The organization of the airport pickup went smoothly and at a fair price. We were also helped with booking travel tours. Overall, excellent value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is plain and simple. You have everything you need, the shower and toilet were fine. The room had air conditioning. The highlight is the man at the reception, who lovingly looks after the guests and fulfills their every wish. He books tours and organizes everything and even prepared breakfast for us at 6am. We were also able to leave our things there. So great!

For solo travelers on a budget, this hotel could very well hit all the marks. For a couple with two backpacks however, the rooms are too small, basically forcing you to stay on the bed while other one walks around. Better, roomier options at an equivalent price point can be found in Hanoi. Breakfast was good. Location too, knowing that there is no sanctuary from noise and busy traffic in the Old Quarter. We cut our visit short and were refunded 50% for the second night, which we thought was fair, considering the late cancelation. The lady (proprietress, we think) at the reception is nice. The man however, should have a vacation himself and experience the difference between genuine service and pushing upsales on tired people still with their backpacks on checking in, not to mention loudly shouting in the hallways at 0100 am.

We stayed for five nights. Small but comfortable room. The washroom is very clean. Ms Lucy and the team are generous hosts and took genuine efforts to make our experience enjoyable and pleasant. Definitely highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
