This complex of cosy rooms is the best you can choose in Nusa Penida. Located in the middle gives you the chance to decide on going to the east or to the side. The water of the swimming pool was warm, the rooms were smelling quite fresh, and the facilities were quite new. If that was not enough, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were very very helpful. Evan supported us in booking transportation and solving other issues we encountered with our luggage. Thanks !

The place was amazing and super cute. The rooms were very clean, the pool in the middle area was a nice place to relax during the morning, and the common area was great to play cards or chat with a few friends. Breakfast was super yummy; they have a variety of options which is great for people who want to try different things during their stay! Staff were super friendly especially Imam, he was always there to help us when we needed something and always greeting us with a warm smile whenever we'd see him. He helped us change our bikes after the first day since we felt comfortable with bigger bikes and he was super helpful!

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the big and clean pool, super kindly personal always available for you! In the area you can find a lot of restaurants very close with an amazing food as normal in Indonesia! If you are staying here you may try the Benedict eggs a one way breakfast!!

The stuff need more training for the customer service! When the guy bring scooter for me the scooter was broken I couldn’t ride it when I want to explain to him he said this is not my problem ! I told him to don’t give scooter like this for your customer! that fat guy he wasn’t professional to deal with us! Also the sound of chickens crowing all night. Can't sleep well! , I told the same guy for air conditioning not cold he came to room and says this is normal!! I don’t really enjoyed the hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
