        I’ll start off by saying the rooms are extremely small with barely any room to open luggage. You have to do it in the bathroom. And then to top it off there is no closet space. Not even one drawer so you have to stare at all your clothing. They had to bring up a portable clothing rack. They don’t clean rooms well at all. Don’t fold clothes. We had far better stays elsewhere. They also vacuum during our meals if it wasn’t precisely during their breakfast or lunch hours. I thought that was extremely rude. Won’t be coming back. Also no spa and the gym is microscopic (thankfully they give access to a fantastic gym called Fitness Park). Oh. And we checked in past 11pm and effectively had to carry our own luggage since only one person was running the desk and available to assist. La Reserve Ramatuelle might be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. This wasn’t even close to that caliber.

        One of the best hotel in Switzerland. Great position , the rooms are clean. Very comfortable. The bar is top. Also the quality of the food and drink is top. The only thing to improve is the breakfast with the introduction of buffet. Suggested . Top

        We stayed in the hotel for 4 days. The service was outstanding, every member of the staff in the hotel and restaurants were kind and professional. The rooms are small but well designed. In the room we stayed there was a water sprinkler in the toilet which is a great addition as we are costumed to bring it with us. The location is quite and near to the center. The lake view is heavenly and we enjoyed it the most.

        Lovely romantic getaway in Zurich! My husband and I fell in love with this place. It is beautifully designed, the staff are attentive and the gastronomy is tasteful. A must: rooms with the lake view!!! What a stunning experience to wake up too.

        We stopped here for a few days and explored Zurich. This hotel is the perfect location overlooking the lake directly across the road. Perfect to stroll along the lake and frequent the gelato vendor. Delicious! Also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Just loved the architecture as we walked around. Oh and don't miss the bridge with "Lover Locks" secured across it all along the railings. We did not know about this fun romantic spot so we did not bring a lock to share. Definitely brings yours when you visit! The staff at the Hotel was exceptional! They were all offering to help and making suggestions. They made it easy. And they were so nice! Especially the front staff of bellman & concierge.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
