Amazing hotel with an amazing staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff goes above and beyond to assure you have a wonderful stay in Hanoi and at the hotel. We had breakfast, lunch, & dinner throughout our stay here and everything was wonderful. They have baby cribs available upon request. The rooms are spacious. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel location is in the heart of the Old Quarter and the staff will send you all their recommendations for the area and go over a map with you after you check in as well. We will stay here every-time we visit Hanoi!

I have traveled many places and this is one the best hotels I’ve come across. The service is top tier, great location, the food was so delicious, the rooftop bar was beautiful, the spa services were fantastic ( I’m very picky about this too), and the room was so comfortable. I got the best sleep at this hotel. I also witnessed the staff handle a VERY difficult guest in the restaurant and was very impressed. I was well taken care of here and I will definitely be back every time I visit Vietnam. Thank you so much for treating my husband and I so well. ❤️

I stayed at La Siesta Classic Ma May for four nights and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, situated in the old quarter of Hanoi with access to many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. Restaurant and rooftop bar were great! The staff went above and beyond, in particular, Hang (Pham Thanh Hang) who provided great suggestions on where to eat, what to visit and ensured that I was well looked after. I will be sure to stay again when visiting Hanoi.

One of the most memorable stays during my travel in recent months. Ms Hang Pham was such an exceptional host from the start to the end, very polite, hospitable and more importantly helpful & thoughtful in every sense. I would definitely return to this hotel in the near future for its great services, location and cleanliness.

Had a 2 BR suite, best in the hotel. Very nice suite except for just one toilet shared by four of us (not a big issue). All the staff were pretty helpful all the time. Gym equipment were new, spa was clean, breakfast buffet was a good spread, skybar was pretty, location good. Overall 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
