Beautiful hotel set in splendid grounds. Close to the centre and attractions with free shuttle bus available if you don't want to walk along the busy streets. Complimentary drinks and good information provided at check-in. Great, freshly cooked food and variety of menu. Excellent value for money.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights during a touring holiday of Vietnam. The hotel was lovely and the location exceptional. The only slight negative was the shower, which was not the best but still perfectly OK. The hotel was spotlessly clean and like with most of Vietnam, the people working here were brilliant. In particular, we met Vi during breakfast and she was such a delight to have met. She was so friendly and we enjoyed sharing our stories about our doggies. She made our stay very special. The people of Vietnam are such lovely people and we will remember meeting Vi as a big highlight of our holiday. Very highly recommended.

Wonderful in every way. Party of 6 with mixed ages 13 -78 and we all loved it. Can walk to town, around 15 minutes or catch a taxi which wait out the front. Option to eat in at either Vietnamese or Western food restaurants. Four pools including one with a bar and another that you can order drinks and food from. Couldn't fault, would love to return

Stayed here for 3 nights in December. It was an oasis of calm and tranquility, a 15 minute walk from the centre of Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was beautiful and superb choice. The rooms were so comfortable with so many lovely touches. The outdoor pools were all in a wonderful setting against the well tendered grounds. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

If you're looking for a nice hotel in Hoi An, this is clearly the one to book. Our room was amazing (included a bathtub, a shower and a king size bed) and the hotel has many pools including an infinity pool. The place is quiet, ideal for a chill holiday. We also used the shuttle service from the airport and the staff was super helpful when our light got delayed. Breakfast was really great with many options (fruits, eggs, sandwiches, savoury hot meals, sweets etc.) The hotel is 15 minutes by foot from the Old Town so it is super convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
