Maybe we got lucky but I had a lovely time here. The staff was absolutely great. The older man was especially welcoming and the younger woman was equally lovely. The room was rustic but clean, not too much noise. Good pressure in the shower and a lot of hot water . We had a balcony and to be able to sit out there and enjoy the view was amazing. I think there is only one room with a balcony though but I'm not sure.

Overpriced, old and dusty hotel. I got allergies while staying there. I had to leave the next day. The hotel manager was rude and did not refund me for the days I did not stay there. Edit: The hotel manager tried to block my request for refund. After months of arguing my case, I won my chargeback case and the hotel had to refund me part of my money.

Booked a single room for a working trip - got a room that was tiny and very dark and just next to the elevator - so really noisy. No chance to get a room less noisy (all single rooms are next to the elevator) and the receptionist said the hotel was full. One of the lamps was broken (the one close to the closet - so impossible to arrange clothes without seeing them) and was only fixed 2 days later. At least they agreed that I leave earlier than my reservation would have been. Still good location in the city center and friendly staff (only exception is one unfriendly receptionist) - but would not come back any more.

I was given a small very basic room next to the lift, which is very noisy. The least you expect from a hotel room is relative comfort and quiet. So I complained and asked for a different room. I was told the hotel was full but the receptionist very kindly agreed to move me into a suite for the night at no extra charge. The following morning I talked to the hotel manager and she agreed to move me to a quiet room. I left my suitcase and went to work. In the afternoon I returned and was told the manager had put me in the same room by the noisy lift but on a different floor. Terrible terrible ignorant disrespectful service. So I had to leave and find alternative accommodation.

Great staff, cute hotel in the center of Bordeaux, easily accessible from the B or C Tram on a pedestrian only street. This stay, we had a double room. Simply done with just enough room for 2 people. Bathroom was smaller yet nicely done, however would not necessarily work for large people. The air conditioning was great. We didn’t use wifi as we hot-spotted to our phones. Other guests shared it worked well. Definitely many restaurants within a walkable radius. And L’Alchimiste coffee roasters right next door. About a 5-minute walk to the tourist office.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
