Place not suitable for people who do not want privacy. Deceptive rents rooms in the same room to multiple people. I use star

Once we arrived at "your home in Matera" we had to wait 40 minutes for the owner to arrive to check in. The room did not have shampoo, hairdryer, waste bin and fridge. The roller shutter on the French doors broke after the first use. The pillows were quite uncomfortable, very old. However, everything is improved by the excellent welcome and friendliness of the owner, so the opinion still remains positive.

Excellent welcome from the affable owner who was also fully available in giving us extensive information and suggestions on visiting the city. We experienced a very familiar atmosphere with abundant breakfasts enriched with good homemade focaccia and donut. The clean and excellent condition apartment is a pleasant walk from the Sassi, thus not affected by the humidity that characterizes them. Even the children will remember these wonderful days.

Portia's sense of hospitality is a first reason why I would recommend choosing this B&B. It truly is your home: large, well furnished and very welcoming. It is 1.5 km away from the Sassi on foot, a pleasant walk. But the real surprise of our stay was Mr. Peppe (Portia's father and master pastry chef) who prepared breakfast for us every morning, pampering us with the now famous focaccia prepared with his own hands and served with great kindness by a man from times gone by. Thank you again.

The location is very good, the bathroom is spacious and the house welcoming, but the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable and very noisy. Because of this the nights were a nightmare, fortunately there were only 2

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
