        Do not book a room here. I booked and paid in full through a third party site, and they tried to extort a further 120,000 won. And their check in time wasn't until 7pm (much later than advertised). These people are nothing but con-artists.

        The worst of the worst. Overall, it has a lot of cigarette burn marks. Cash inducement and unfriendliness. I made a reservation for 7 people, but it was very cramped and there was only room for 3 people, and the rest were left to sleep on the ground. When I asked for blankets, an hour later, they started looking around for the blankets I had used on the stairs and threw them one by one in frustration, leaving spit marks and blood stains on my hair. . I canceled the existing app reservation for cash inducement and paid 350,000 won by transfer, but it was 40,000 won for basic accommodation, but there was no space to sleep, and this was my first time in such a dirty place. Why are they charging for additional people... They said they were charging it because of electricity and water bills. The blankets were rags and they were just cleaned. The toilet itself, the whirlpool and the restroom were filled with cigarette marks and bugs were so disgusting that we couldn't even wash them and ran away in disgust. It was even cold so I slept wearing padding. Don't be fooled by what you see and don't end up like us.

        Worst hotel in my life I made a reservation through the app and visited, and on the same day, I was given cash, so I canceled the reservation through the app and even transferred the amount for the additional people on the day to my bank account. I made a reservation for 7 people, but the space was so small that I couldn't sleep, so I only requested a refund for the additional amount paid 5 minutes in advance. Even the additional amount transferred to my account on the day was never refunded, so in the end, I asked for at least enough blankets and went out after receiving an answer that I understood. They didn't prepare blankets for 5 hours, and even though there were 5 additional people, they only gave us 3 smelly blankets that someone covered up. When I asked for more, he said he had something to do and would go later, but waited for an hour at 5 a.m. because of the blanket. In the end, the condition of the blankets and pillows I received did not seem to have been prepared in advance, and I saw that they had taken out the used ones in the hallway. They gave it to me right in front of the door, but I felt really bad. The blanket pillow had a smell, hair, spit stains, etc., and they added 20,000 won per person, and there was no basic treatment at all. When I talked about the condition of the blanket, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and an expression that stood still and asked me what to do. I was shocked and it was my first time in my life to be in such an unfriendly and sanitary place, so I was very embarrassed and uncomfortable. The worst thing was that they threw it right in front of the blanket like in the picture. I don't think it makes sense...

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
