Our stay at Villa de Orangers was our first time ever staying at a Relais & Chateaux property, and I am delighted to say that it exceeded every expectation. The staff went above and beyond to give us an exceptional experience. The grounds themselves were remarkably well kept and included stunning details—every room smelled like heaven and invited me in to relax in style. I felt as comfortable as I would at home, and that’s saying a LOT considering how different Morocco is from Ohio! The food was out of this world! I couldn’t believe the dishes that were included in our stay — the breakfast and lunch quality made us feel like royalty! And the DINNER! Expertly seasoned and crafted to perfection. We booked 4 different Relais & Chateaux hotels and restaurants for our next vacation to France because of the experience we had at Villa de Orangers and I cannot wait to return one day. Thank you for a true 5 star experience!

Everything you would expect from a five star hotel, except it felt like home. Beautiful place to stay in old town, walking distance to market. Short cab ride to upscale downtown. Impeccable service. Laundry, pressing, breakfast and lunch were included. Food was among the best we had. They arranged guides and tours for us as well as exchanging money at a better rate than the banks. Cannot recommend enough. The only caution would be for people who are prone to tripping or falling, there is a lot of uneven ground and high thresholds, and no elevators.

Wow. I almost don’t want to write this review to keep it to myself. Incredible hospitality, by far the best five star hotel I’ve stayed at. Everyone here is friendly, professional, and gives so much attention to detail… I was so impressed. The resort is beautiful and such a hidden gem tucked away on a busy street. It made our honeymoon so so special. Can’t wait to return one day.

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location to explore all the sights in Marrakech! Being situated on a larger road, it is amazing how quite and tranquil this place is. The 2 large pools are even heated in the winter. Service and staff is always attentive and extremely kind. We can only recommend to choose this hotel for your stay in Marrakech!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
