Dirty carpets, broken A/C, dangerously loose electrical fittings. This place does not deserve at 3 star rating. It’s barley a 2. Think the ice before booking and dint believe the pictures online 👎🏼

Highly recommend this hotel. Very good value for money and the receptionist was very nice. As soon as we arrived he gave us a map and showed up the top locations to visit. We got upgraded upon our arrival and our room was very spacious and had a balcony. Location was great this hotel is really in the center of Cannes. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, very accommodating staff, nice and very clean rooms. The bed mattress was quite amazing, I slept particularly well there. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but this was completely fine for me as I was travelling alone and it's also understandable since the building itself is old (although the interior is completely renovated). I had a much better experience in this 3-star hotel than in a 4-star hotel that I stayed in before in the same city.

For this price range, a wonderful place to stay! I was delighted to see the space and nice touches of the room, not to mention the balcony with chairs and table to enjoy a nice morning lunch or late dinner in the privacy of your room. One thing I disliked was the sound proofing. One could hear the conversations from the hallway (although not many) and the steps late at night from the above floors. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

Nice small hotel at a central location in Cannes, clean with friendly staff. Small rooms for small price, I would book again since every euro I paid was justified. Maybe select one of the rooms at the back, so to avoid noise from the opposite restaurant. Breakfast for 13 euro was good, better if they pre-boil the eggs, rather than client doing so on the spot (who has the time to wait for the egg to chill...)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
