Stayed here for two nights as part of Morocco Tour. + Great breakfast with lots of fresh food prepared per request. + Hotel lobby is very nice, spent time drinking tea and chatting with our group. + Rooms are decent but bathrooms needs some work. + Temperature was hard to control since it was either too hot or cold so had to keep adjusting it manually. + Very convenient to mall, and other stores. Lots of choices for dinner and shopping around hotel. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a great stay at the hotel, food was okay but could’ve had more selections but apart from that it was good. Great location as it’s near old and new Marrakesh which was really good if you wanted to go out for food or shopping. All in all a really good experience

I visited the hotel in June 2023. On arrival I had high expectations but was soon let down. The room was average but no air conditioning at all. The staff seemed to be very accommodating and friendly to the white tourists but for me and my partner and ours family coming for Bangladesh/Arab & English heritage I feel based on our skin tone we were treated very differently. My sister who was with us speaks Arabic and could hear the staff members speaking badly behind our backs unaware that we understood. The bar members limited the amount of water we could take to our rooms(we paid all inclusive btw), bare in mind it was June and the weathers highs reached 40° my youngest brother who this holiday was for as it was his birthday. He suffers with kidney failure so having sufficient water was essential. The manner they spoke to us with was completely different to others. I suppose if you are a white European you may have a less unpleasant existence as we did but I would of hoped it being the year 2023 all races and ages felt accommodated especially as we all pay the same price. If you would like to have unbiased enjoyably holiday avoid this resort at all costs.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were so caring and welcoming from the reception staff to the breakfast staff and the cleaners everyone always welcomed us with a smile on their faces. Specific mentions to Hakima for always preparing Moroccan tea and pastries for our table every morning the breakfast. The hotel breakfast manager Tariq always welcomed us into breakfast and dinner saying “good morning” and “good evening” with a smile on his face which always made my day. The food was also a 10/10 it was delicious. Overall our stay at LABRANDA Rose will be one to remember forever it was a beautiful hotel full of amazing experiences and I thank all the staff for such an amazing stay.

This was my third stay in two months. I cannot find fault with anything. During my stay everyone makes me feel so welcome and part of their family. Tima in the animation team is brilliant at her job. Khaoula is the sweetest girl I know and will always try to help. Soukaina in guest relations will never say she cannot help and goes above and beyond to help. Yassine in the accommodation manager is so professional and treats staff and guests with respect. If there are any problems he will do his utmost to put things right. Karim the general manager is delightful to speak to and ensures the safety of all his guests. Mustafa who works in the outside bar is hilarious and is always joking with people but he works so hard. I’m sure there are some guests who will be picky but they must be very few and far between. Every time I visit it just gets better and better. Originally my visits were to see Tima in the animation team but now I don’t think I would go anywhere else and if you get to check inlate or at night you will immediately receive a fabulous service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
