        HORRIBLE! ATROCIOS! TERRIBLE! HORRIFYING! UPSETTING!! There is NOTHING GOOD TO SAY than the staff name farah! she was very helpful by helping with double booking cancellation. But the worst things just are to begin......There was NO food amenities around this area and it was sucha run down building! We clearly know that u guys have NOT CHANGED THE BEDSHEETS, PILLOW CASE, WASHED THE TOILETS OR done any sort of maintenance. The amount of mosquitos infested there and all the pillow and bedsheets has mould on it and horrible blood stains, yellow and brown stains. MY kid fell so sick with the stay. I cannot imagine the agony she wld haf gone thru. Her face got so pale, until now she hears Lace Hotel she is so traumatised! THE WORST HOTEL IN MY ENTIRE LIFE i haf ever encountered. This is totally not right at all. during tat festive season, our moods were spoilt! We cldnt enjoy our holiday! No towels!!!! OMG! had to wait hours for the towel to come back to the room and had to call umpteen times. There is only 1 receptionist (a male) at night there is one security guard only. How to feel safe???? TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDING TIS place. the reviews on thw booking website is so fake! it states 3mins walk to KSL??? hellllo!! its in the middle of NO-WHERE!! its 10mins drive to KSL, and there are NO OTHERE AMENITIES THAN 3 PETROL KIOSK surrounding this place!!!

        don't stay here if have other option, the room is really big but feeling not comfortable, hotel too near to main road, too noisy, and whole hotel feel like no other customer, and it was dead end on their front road, front desk always no worker, need to call them if needed, and MOST Important, they not able to provide TAX invoice or any receipt, if you book online, unbelievable. but i must give a BIG thumb up for the front desk worker, a young man, very helpful, and very polite even he not able to generate the invoice, he still trying his best to help me communicate with his management, he would be a great hotel worker if have a proper training.

        I've been in this godforsaken hotel in 1st Jan of 2024, just for a night and here's what is wrong with it. It was misleading, nothing is said based on the description of what featured in the Agoda No breakfast Poor Hygiene Terrible Service My experience there is nothing but a nightmare and here's my story. During the time when i was supposed to be asleep, it is around 1AM onwards, i have serious sinus because the air is stale NOT to mention, the blanket is very thin and i am freezing by the time i wake up in the morning, when the morning kicks in? I get incredibly sick, i can barely walked and feels like the bacteria that is already in the room affected me, thanks alot (sarcasm) Right now? My condition is a stinging headache with a slight blurry vision so, thanks for the new years greeting and i hope y'all get bankrupt, especially i learnt about what y'all do commonly, utterly disgusting. I hope y'all have it worst than I do.

        For the price and the old sultan design it is ok, Aircon was cold, room is big, but the bathtub took forever to fill up and water isn't hot. There's no immediate room service and the security guard is the only one guarding and doing the check in for u if u checking in after office hours.

        First of all thank you very much Miss Farah that always pick up my cal and help with anything I need... Very Friendly young lady😍😍 I've stayed in room Carnation with my husband and my 8 kids its was a good stay, we enjoy it. I would said other then needed a bit of maintainent(just a little bit😀) the room is clean and comfortable. Just before we left, at the Lobby we meet a very kind Dato Rokiah, Nice meeting you 🥰🥰😍😍 Surely to repeat again any time if we need a hotel to stay in Johor Bahru
