The apartments were in the heart of the city centre and very tidy, with all nessecary (cups, ac, tv etc.) Two star minus, first due to noises coming early in morning above our heads, from some offices located on the floor above, second due to receptionist claiming that they wouldn't hear anything, after they checked, some minutes after we woke up (because of the noises) and called them. Breakfast served in the morning dignified, and included in price.

For the money paid, almost 90 euro per night, room was on 4rd floor ( having to climb 100 stairs, no elevator....i don't know what old or disabled people would have done ), breakfast quality was good, but not excellent, the parking was very far away + we had to pay 7 euros/night for that, which is very annoying and expensive ( considering the car stays in full sun with no surveillance cameras for safety). Also to mention that this hotel has reception desk to another hotel, that is close, but...still, when you reach the destination you have to ask some locals where is the reception....very strange appoach!

Disappointing experience. Not a family-friendly place. The parking is not close, and you have to carry you luggage for at least 200m through busy streets. It is a hassle to get the parking cards and bring them back to the reception at checkout. The reception / breakfast and the rooms are in different buildings. You have to walk up 2 narrow flights of stairs without an elevator to reach your room (see pictures). The streets are noisy at night, and we were hearing music with all the windows closed even at 3am on a Wednesday night. The bathroom is small and dated / dirty (see pictures). On the plus side, breakfast is okay, and the location is central. The staff is mostly helpful, although I found them to be irritated with the above feedback.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
