Excellent location and lovely rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and the full package of the Lady Diana SPA was amazing, specially thanks to Effy! She is such a skilled masseuse. The overall stay in the hotel was great except there was a construction work in the next building which was so noisy.

Fantastic stay at Lady Diana Hotel. Perfect place in the heart of the Sultanahmet area (home to many of the historic tourist sites). Lovely hotel, nicely renovated. Great rooms, very clean and tidy. Restaurant with great views on top floor. Breakfast was plentiful, if not limited to Turkish foods. Would recommend!

I didn't enter inside rooms .. I waited in the lobby.. it's simple and nice .. I don't think it's expensive ... the location of the hotek is amazing .. near the blue mosqe and there is a tramway station near there called SULTAN Ahmad

Really rude staff. From the manager down. You will feel like a burden. They give you the stick face rather than a straight face or even a smile. I am a dark skin Arab but I notice they say good morning to the white customers. This was a bad experience. A million other hotels in this location. I recommend brown and black people to skip this place. I personally feel like I wasted my money. This location is not on the green book.

perfect hotel with a 5 min walk to the blue mosque and aya sofya, clean room comfy bed, attentive staff, and the breakfast spread was just WOW.. not to forget the view from the dining room. could not fault it. will defo come and stay again. 10/10

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
