Amazing hotel with great stuff. The room was big and they provided a crib for the baby. The breakfast was very tasty, just a little bit late(from 9am to 11am). The swimming pool is clean and the bar has great wines.

Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. They designed it very well. They have a wide breakfast choice for their guests. They are so hospitable as well. Additionally, there is a balcony swing on some balconies. You can drink your coffee there. We love it.

My wife and I stayed at one of the Reikartz Group hotels for the third time in the past twelve months from August 24 to September 7 this year. Reikartz Avlabari Hotel. One of the positive points of this hotel is the professional staff with very friendly behavior. The staff who greet you upon arrival. And the staff of the hotel restaurant who greet the guests with a smile every morning. They create a sweet memory for the guests with excellent hospitality. The hotel is very clean. And the rooms are cleaned every day. The distance between the hotel and Avlabari metro is about five minutes on foot and it is about fifteen minutes on foot to tourist centers. We spent good days in this hotel and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Tbilisi.

This is a hotel with extremely poor service. I am staying here with my wife for our vacation for 4 days. There was just 1 person managing the hotel when we checked in on 15th July and when I requested him to show me the room, he denied and just told me the directions. The room was extremely small, we could merely keep our luggage (2 suitcases) and that's it. We couldn't even walk such a tiny room it was. There were 2 small beds attached with a gap between the beds when the room booked by us was a double bed. Next when I called reception from my room for a connector as the power sockets were not compatible with our chargers and electronic device, he told me to come and take from the reception he won't come to room to deliver. Next the electric kettle wasn't working. I called again and he said it is Saturday and the there is no maintenance staff and he couldn't help. Then after having a heated conversation he agreed to give me the kettle from another room. After this I shared all these ordeals with my booking agent and the hotel agreed to change my room (not an upgrade but slightly bigger room). Here again I and my wife had to shift all the luggage as the guy at reception was alone and staright away rejected my request to help shift the room. Now, the AC in the new room wasn't working. Then I called the reception and someone came and fixed it. Next day when we came back after completing our day tour, we found out that no housekeeping was done. When I checked with the reception, they said today staff was not there, it will be done tomorrow. And all this is after they call themselves a 4* Hotel. Such a poor experience spoiling our mood on our holidays. I would never ever suggest anyone to stay at Reikartz Avlabari in Tblisi Georgia.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
