Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. We booked Comfort Twin Room, so there are 3 beds in the room. But, the room is very small, after fitting the 3 beds, we hardly can walk and also there is not enough luggage space, we can only opened up one small luggage. This hotel is located in one of the dark lane in shinjuku, so I personally don't feel very safe and not very suitable as a family. And, the cleaner did not manage to clean our room when we get back to the hotel around 4pm.

Rooms decent sized. Warm. Bar is attached, gave free drink coupons but didn't partake. Convenient location, walk to Shinjuku station easily. Some good food options down the street. The area is known for partying and such, so best to avoid late night and early mornings.

Overall the stay here was OK. The rooms are very tiny, difficult to open suitcase, and the beds very hard and stiff. The room was clean. The staff were actually incredible, though, going above and beyond to assist us with shipping luggage. The breakfast was decent in the mornings. There was coin laundry on site which was helpful. The location is pretty conveniently located within Shinjuku.

This is a fine hotel, relatively close to both JR Shinjuku and JR Okubo station (as well as Seibu-Shinjuku on the Seibu line). It is close enough to Kabukicho that you can enjoy that craziness (if that is your thing) but far enough that you won't get any of the noise outside your window. The rooms are Japanese-hotel-standard (aka, tiny) but at this price point that is all you will get. That said, the rooms and hotel itself are clean, and they will (for a fee) be able to ship your luggage to your next hotel if, for example, you are travelling to Kyoto or Osaka with a stopover in Hakone or elsewhere and don't want to lug your bags along the way. We got excellent service from Chen-san, one of the concierges, who kindly provided us with a boltcutter as one of the locks on our luggage was damaged in transit and would not open properly! Really saved the beginning of our trip after 16 hours of travel!

We stayed there for 4 nights with two adults and two children. We picked the biggest room type I think, So it’s quite ok for 4 of us. Breakfast is simple but tasty. It takes around 15 minutes walk to shinjuku JR station. Although it’s near the red light district, it’s quiet in the room. The price is quite reasonable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
