The hotel is situated at the convenient place, close to the shops, airport and restaurants. Then have a shuttle to the Waterfront and Canal Walk, great security. The food is also top notch. There are child minders and a play room for the little ones. It is a great place for family outings, everyone gets to enjoy. However, the stuff the cleans the rooms need to be encouraged to do their job properly. Overall, the place is lovely and right by the beach front.

location below average and not close to waterfront. service was really good and room service was fast with very friendly staff of hotel and restaurant. The room are quite spacious but AC in my room was not working. The hotel does not seem to be well maintained, the carpets were covered in stains and the facility looks old and rusty. Amenities were good, spa is available and bar restaurant and hair saloon are available. Shuttle buses to waterfront are also offered by the hotel.

My time at the hotel left a lot to be desired. Rooms: the rooms were a decent size and were cleaned daily but the air conditioner was not working because it was outdated and could only be fixed after we checked out. Our request for extra blankets was another uphill battle. We basically had to beg for them. Service: the service was slow, and a few reception staff were unhelpful and short with their responses. The greeters at the entrance were great and always friendly. It would have been nice to have a direct connection with the travel desk via room service instead of walking all the way down to ask a question. I appreciated the free shuttles to Canal Walk and the V&A Waterfront. The shuttle drivers were always on time and friendly. Location: although the hotel is beachfront, the ocean itself is highly polluted with warnings against swimming in it. Cape Town weather is extremely windy and chilly in summer, so you tend to spend most of your time indoors.

We had a wonderful stay! Stunning table mountain view and city lights in the evening. Situated on the beach. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Buffet breakfast every morning was delicious ,big variety of food and the staff members are exceptionally professional ,helpful and friendly.

The place is superb and ideal to rejuvenate. The breeze of the beach is calming the mind. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay. I would commend it to anyone who need a vacay at cape town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
